  • I cannot get over how nice the doctor and the receptionist was! I called once they had just closed and the dr has already left. My daughter had swollen glands and tonsils and the dr CAME BACK to the office to see my daughter after hours. She saw her, was the sweetest and extremely gentle and kind to my daughter. The dr coming back made all the difference for us, as we were able to get meds right away and head out for our thanksgiving plans. I will definitely be going back here for urgent and non urgent needs. I’m so happy with this place and can’t thank them enough for their kindness!

  • I had a great experience at Lifeline Urgent Care today! Dr. Varghese was highly recommended by my neighbor and she did not disappoint; she was friendly and caring. As a new patient, the check in process was easy...only one form to fill out! Dan, who assisted me through check in and is also a medical assistant, was polite and friendly as well. I will definitely go back if the need arises.

  • Walked in without an appointment around 5:30pm for what I believed was a sinus infection. Intake process was simple and quick (one sheet of paper - not a stack requesting your entire medical history, consent forms, etc. like some other places) and I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. I don't remember his name, but he was friendly, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend this place. It would be helpful if they were open a little later (they close at 6pm).

  • I went to Lifeline urgent care around 7 pm to get evaluated for flu, and I had no idea that they close at 6pm. Some of the staff were still there, but the doctor wasn’t there. They decided to see me anyway. They called the doctor about me and she came in and saw me. She also saw a kid who came in late while I was there as well. I am so grateful to the whole staff because my flu test was positive! Had they decided to turn me away, treatment would have been delayed. They are very caring and accommodating.

  • I stopped by earlier this morning after suffering total hearing loss in my left ear. I had been feeling the symptoms since Friday and the level of discomfort was truly too much to bear much longer. I stopped by and Dan at the front desk couldn't have been more accommodating. I had explained my situation and that I had been to the ER over the weekend but the loss of hearing was still an issue. He quickly got me in to see the doctor who flushed out my ear after performing her initial analysis. She clearly knew her stuff and talked me through the entire process. The relief was instant and the procedure couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. I rarely write reviews but I am in so much debt to these folks that I couldn't wait to sing their praises.

  • First time visiting here on a Saturday with no appointment. The facility is spotless and the person behind the desk was extreme friendly and helpful. Paperwork was easy to fill out and I only waited 10 minutes to see Dr. Varaghese. She was amazing! Really took the time to listen and even followed up with me days after ! Overall positive visit. Would highly reccomend over any other urgent cares in the area.

We came to Lifeline Urgent Care and the physician was out for lunch but instantly rushed back to take care of the patient. In a tough situation like this, good help is expedient.
